Perhaps you can say to yourself: “Today I’m going to sit with a good book and relax.”
Record what you do every day in a diary. You will be surprised where all your energy is going. You will find: dead-time, wasted-time, and Time Killers.
Can you say this to yourself? “I know how I spend my time.”
If you know what your Time Killers are then you can get your life back.
