About

I qualified as a Life Coach with the Coaching Academy in 2010 with merit. I have worked in many different business before I settled on becoming a life coach.

I choose to become a Life Coach and a Career Coach because it gives me independence and promotes happiness in people. Life coaching will help you decide what you really want in all areas of your life and equip you with the ability to fulfil yourself.

My ‘Potted’ History

I grew up in a small village in the north of Holland called Paterswolde, near the university town of Groningen. I worked in my family business selling household goods and studied German language. I came to England in 1989 and have worked for a motor parts company, software manufacturers (in sales), a mortgage company, a management consultancy and a health food business.

I now live in Welwyn Garden City with my daughter. I divide my time between running my own Life and Career Coaching business, working in a health food business and working as a business development executive for a management consultancy in Covent Garden, London.

I enjoy a busy life that revolves around my family and business. I believe in a healthy lifestyle, family & friends and helping people to where they want to be in life.

The Simple Life

I also believe in the simplicity of things. That can be using the English language without any jargon or ‘power words,’ a smile from my daughter, baking a cake, a client finally getting the job they deserve and a good book.

About My Logo

The logo you see on my business card on my web site is the Celtic Triple Enclosure. I choose the logo for the fact it is simple and colourful.

This ancient Celtic symbol represents human consciousness. The outer square is that part of the mind that relates to the physical world through the senses.

The inner square is the unconscious mind through which come visions of the gods and other worlds.

The middle square is the part of the mind receptive to both physical world and spirit.
